The hotel was luxurious. The rooms were newly decorated. The beds were comfy. It was in a central location, perfect for exploring the downtown area by foot. Cafe Brio, serving delicious pastries, was conveniently located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Close to the city centre. Free internet but this seems to be the case for all hotels in BC.
The room was very noisy: the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off and we could hear the hotel's washing machines. The cleaning personnel started vacuuming at 8am and they would knock on the door every half hour to check whether we were still in. Both room and bathroom were very small. The hotel advertised their fitness room, but it was small, uncomfortable and the machines rather old and semi-functional. And for what it was, it was very expensive.
